CONTRACT FOR MARKETING SERVICES

THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into as of

hereinafter referred to as “Client”, and Shark Ads Marketing, with a registered address at #4 Woodpecker Lane, River Estate, Diego Martin, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”.

WHEREAS, Client desires to enhance its online presence and marketing efforts; and WHEREAS, Contractor possesses expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties agree as follows;

1. Services. The contractor shall provide the following services to the Client for three (3) months, commencing on February 01, 2025 and ending on April 30th, 2025 (“Term”):   

Strategic Marketing Planning

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

• Define target audience demographics and develop buyer personas.

• Create and maintain a content calendar with relevant and engaging content ideas.

• Guide platform selection and optimization.

Content Creation

• Create high-quality visual content, including graphics, animations, and short videos for social media platforms.

• Draft engaging captions and descriptions for social media posts.

Social Media Management

• Review and provide feedback on scheduled posts.

• Monitor social media analytics and provide insights to Clients.

• Provide guidance on best practices for social media engagement.

2. Client Responsibilities. Client shall;

• Provide Contractor with necessary information and materials, such as brand guidelines, logo files, and access to relevant data.

• Grant Contractor access to relevant social media accounts and platforms for review and analysis.

• Respond promptly to Contractor’s requests and inquiries. Provide feedback and input on the marketing plan and content.

 3. Confidentiality- Both parties agree to hold confidential all information disclosed by the other party during this Agreement, whether in writing, orally, or by other means, that is marked "Confidential" or is reasonably understood to be confidential. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

 4. Payment. Client shall pay Contractor a fee of $0.00 for the services provided under this Agreement.

5. Termination. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon Seven (7) days written notice to the other party for any reason. This Agreement shall automatically terminate upon the expiration of the Term unless renewed in writing by both parties.
